PAYMENT AND SHIPPING METHODS
The order of a product, chosen from among the existing ones in the catalog is made by placing it in the shopping cart.
For some products, duly identified in the online store, the purchase may be limited to a certain number of copies.
The customer may cancel the order by doing so to the following email address: geral@unifarma.pt – within 24 hours after Unifarma has received the order confirmation. The cancellation request will only take effect when the order number and customer name are indicated.
To place an order, it is necessary to follow the following steps:
A copy of the order receipt confirmation will be sent to the Customer's email address. It is recommended to print or transfer the copy for possible future reference.

The prices shown in the online store include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, to which the respective costs with postage are added, being duly detailed before the final validation phase of the purchase.
Any other costs resulting from sending orders abroad, namely customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the product.
The prices indicated in the online store are subject to change. Unifarma reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, once we receive confirmation of receipt of an order, the price payable in respect of that order will not change.
Unifarma cannot be held responsible for any changes in exchange rates that any bank may apply (when exchanging euro to another currency).
Orders are delivered in Portugal, as a rule, within a maximum period of 7 working days after the date of payment.
Deliveries in Europe and the rest of the world vary according to destination and transport time, and can take up to 2 weeks.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
Orders can only be delivered to private homes or offices. Deliveries are made during normal working hours. Thus, to facilitate delivery, Customers are asked to indicate the work address or any other address where someone may be to receive the package.
The Customer will have to check the condition of the packaging upon delivery. If the package is damaged, you must not accept delivery. The amount payable for the purchase and delivery costs will be reimbursed to the Customer as soon as Unifarma has processed the return of the products.
